WE DO NOT ABANDON LEBANON !

Breaking news

Mission Enfance has been working for 30 years in Lebanon, through its constructions and the running of schools and reception centres for underprivileged children but also through school sponsorship.

Following the explosion of last August 4th, we join the international support in favour of the victims of Beirut through the distribution of food parcels that we distribute directly to the families affected by the explosion of the port of Beirut and most of them have, as you know, lost everything. They are sheltered with friends because solidarity is a strong characteristic of this Lebanese people already much tried.

A food package of 120 € (rice, pasta, oil, sugar, flour etc.) enables a family to survive for two months.

Charles El Hayek, our coordinator in Lebanon, has listed the needy families in connection with the Daughters of Charity. The food was bought from wholesalers.

In parallel with these food distributions, we are evaluating the rehabilitation of school centres and private homes in the centre of Beirut.
